Warwick Warp Expands to East Asia

Building on recent commercial successes Warwick Warp is delighted to announce the opening of a new office in China.  Located in the city of TianJin, a financial center, 70 miles from the capital, Warwick Warp’s presence in the global biometric market continues to gain momentum.

The decision to expand in Asia was a natural one, says Dr Li Wang CEO for Warwick Warp.  “In highly challenging economic times we need to look globally for growth and development, fortunately our products have far reaching potential, meeting the needs of many market segments.  Currently China is one market that continues to expand and flourish, so it is a natural decision to open an office in East Asia.  We can now confidently offer our East Asian clients the personal tailor-made solutions we are able to provide their European counterparts.  It is a credit to our team of highly skilled developers that our award winning technology has such global confidence.”

The Chinese office will be providing Warwick Warp’s NIST certified AFIS and Latent fingerprint matching software as well as local support and services. Warwick Warp’s scalable fingerprint technology has won awards for its accuracy by NIST (National Institute for Science & Technology) beating many global giants of biometric software technology.  Highly acclaimed in the field of research and development in the biometric industry, Warwick Warp is constantly identifying ways to improve speed and accuracy.  When potential biometric databases could reach into the billions both assets are of paramount importance.  It is Warwick Warps dedication to constantly improve their product offering that has created such a global appeal.

“We are extremely proud that as a fledgling company, started in 2006, we now have a strong presence in a very competitive market place across the globe, our reputation is growing, and the credibility of our products is leading the way.” Says, Dr Wang.
